Terms & Conditions

  1. Rates Includes 18% Government Taxes.
  2. Self Drive Rates above includes the TP/CDW charges per day.
  3. The above rate includes 120 Free Kilometers per day excess chargeable.
  4. Chauffeur Rates above includes Driver charges within town per day.
  5. Out of Town Trips, Driver Charge Per Day US$30.00
  6. Additional Driver is US$10.00 PER License Per Day
  7. Vehicle is provided with FULL TANK FUEL and has to be returned with the same, failure to do so, US$1.50 Per Liter Refueling Charges.
  8. Avis Vehicles are not permitted to enter Game Reserves and Limited With in Tanzania Excluding Zanzibar / Pemba / Mafia.
  9. Vehicle will be provided clean and must be returned the same, failure to do so, surcharge of USD 25.00 will be levied.
  10. Vehicle are permitted to be driven on the mainland of Tanzania only. Please note vehicles are not suppose to be driven or shipped to islands(Pemba, Zanzibar and Mafia)
  11. Smoking in Avis Vehicles will attract a surcharge of USD20.00
